Meet Dennis Penberthy

Dennis graduated from Fox High School in 1974, continued his education at Jefferson College where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1976.

Dennis has been in the building industry over 3 decades and his experience comes from:

• Carpenters’ Union Hall - 21 years
• Forman/General Forman for Raleigh & Givens - 8 years
• Forman for KIA Jones Co. - 4 years
• General Forman, Forman, Riding Boss for McBride & Sons - 10 years
• Began Penberthy Construction Co. (PCC) in 1991
• Superintendent for G’Sell Properties and Home Builders since 2002

As superintendent, Dennis currently oversees all G’Sell subdivisions currently under construction.  In addition, PCC frames homes for G’Sell Home Builders. Dennis is not only knowledgeable about every aspect of building homes but his stories are quite entertaining as well. Dennis is a crowd pleaser and our homeowners love his goodwill and wit.

Dennis has been married for 32 years to his wife, Linda, who works for G’Sell Properties and Home Builders as well cleaning new homes, specs, and displays. Together, they have 2 sons. Tony is currently a Forman for PCC and has worked for the company for 14 years. Corey, their youngest, also works for PPC and has for the past 6 years. Dennis is also the proud pop to 2 granddaughters.
