Meet Kim Sauer

Kim is a 1981 graduate from Fox High School in Arnold, MO.

Kim has been working for G’Sell Properties since June 2004 as an office manager. As office manager she maintains the office, customer/employee relations, AR/AP, banking, permit applications, sewer/water taps, sales, rentals, staging and interior design, cleaning, moving or what ever else needs done that day. She is very flexible and loves to stay busy, and for this reason absolutely loves her job. She says, “working for Rodney G’Sell is the best job she has ever had and couldn’t ask for a better boss and mentor. He is just such a caring and generous person.”

Prior to working for G’Sell Properties her experience comes from being around the building industry for 22 years working for D&D Construction and Sauer Construction which were family businesses. She was office manager for Sauer Construction, a custom home and remodeling business her and her ex-husband started in 1987, for 12 years. She is currently studying to get her Real Estate license but admits that it is tough right now because she also works for Betallic Manufacturing folding mylar balloons as a second job which ties up her evening and weekends. She also sits in displays on the weekends when needed to fill in for agents.

She has 2 daughters, Nikki who is 24 and who is a web designer for a firm in Clayton, MO and who also designed this website. Her husband Mike has recently joined the G’Sell team and is training to become a carpenter. Her second daughter Kelsey is 19 and currently attends Jefferson College and cleans G’Sell Properties office and displays. Kelsey’s boyfriend Omero also works maintaining our office grounds while attending Jefferson College and is preparing to get his pilots license.
